Begun around 2006, Yough Hall consists of only 13 custom-built homes, perhaps one of Mt. Pleasant’s smallest subdivisions. Situated about a quarter of a mile off Highway 17 in upper Mount Pleasant, Yough Hall real estate features large lots with plenty of mature trees. Several homes look out over the central pond, which has a dock with covered sitting area. Homes are between 2,500 and 3,400 square feet. Nearby amenities include the Market at Oakland Plantation, which is on Highway 17 at the turn-off to Yough Hall and features a Wal-Mart, restaurants and a fitness center. The neighborhood is zoned for four of Mt. Pleasant’s best-performing public schools.
