Shemwood II is a marshfront community located off Chuck Dawley Boulevard in southern Mt. Pleasant. Homes in Shemwood II have been developed between the 1970s through to the 2000s. Although the neighborhood has no amenity center, select homes feature boat docks and/or swimming pools. Given the large span of time over which this neighborhood has developed, homes in the area are diverse in styling and range from 1,200 square feet up to 3,500 square feet. The area is popular with commuters, who can hop onto I-526 in minutes, and beachgoers, who enjoy quick access to Sullivan’s Island. The turnover in this area is low.
