North Point is a small neighborhood located off Ben Sawyer Boulevard, which accesses Sullivan’s Island. The homes at the front of the neighborhood were built in the 1980s for the most part with some newer constructions mixed in. They are sized from around 1,200 square feet up to 2,600 square feet. The homes at the back of the neighborhood were constructed in the 1990s, and they measure anywhere from 1,600 square feet to 3,600 square feet. The main draw of the North Point subdivision is its proximity to the beach at Sullivan’s Island and other parts of the Charleston area.
