The Boone Hall tract subdivision of Mount Pleasant isn’t really a developed neighborhood. It’s actually a relatively rural part of the town located off Six Mile Road near the Chadbury Village neighborhood. You’ll find spacious wooded lots for building your dream home and some newly built amenities nearby, including a Harris Teeter grocery store and Carabba’s Italian restaurant. The area is unique for the large amount of undeveloped area so close to town. The Boone Hall neighborhood is close to Mount Pleasant’s famous Boone Hall Plantation, the oldest operating plantation in the country.
